*Rescheduling, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At K9 Legacy, LLC. , we understand that unexpected situations may arise. To ensure fairness and consistency, we have established the following policies regarding deposits, prepaid packages, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Deposit Policy • A $50 deposit is required to secure your training session. • This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future session if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Prepaid Training Packages • All prepaid training packages are non-refundable. • You may reschedule your training sessions at any time, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. • If you do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice, that session will be forfeited.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling • If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to retain your session credit. • Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the scheduled session, and it will not be eligible for rescheduling.

 

*Exceptions may be made for verified emergencies on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session with K9 Legacy, LLC , you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
